The On Board Training program addresses specific training needs identified by ship / shore management and is a follow up to the training received by the shipstaff ashore at SEATRAIN in Mumbai.

A trainer is placed on the vessels on a rotational basis for a duration of 7-10 days to conduct :

An Audit / Inspection of the vessel

Formalised training courses including drills for the Officers & Ratings in

• Passage Planning.
• Enclosed Space Entry Procedures / Precautions.
• Use of LSA / FFA.
• Shipboard Pollution Prevention.
• SMS for Officers/Ratings.
• Health & Hygiene.
• 3rd Party Inspections.
